Along those lines, it's also kind of great for less-frivolous but very occasional events -- I know I have a few due dates for various pieces of keep-us-legal-in-Canada paperwork that need to be renewed sometime this summer or the next. It's possible that they might send us a reminder card before armed deportation police show up on the doorstep, but still. OK, I totally feel less alone now!
