Recently finished, but unphotographed and undocumented: one Kitty Pi bed made from random leftovers of Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride. It is exceedingly ugly, so I'm not posting it here. The cats generally sleep wherever they damn well please -- floors, furniture, cat tree -- so they haven't used it much for its intended purpose, but it does make a great toy for Garth to flip around and pretend to mutilate.

I think I've talked myself out of a bunch of really cheap Lana d'Oro. It's so affordable! But the total for the project that I wanted to work with it came up to $45, and I just don't have $45 worth of love for the eventually resulting garment. I try to reduce my yarn stash by not buying yarn for anything unless I'm almost ready to start it and have a specific pattern in mind first, so I'll no doubt turn around and spend $80 on something I really want. Now that's what I call a bargain.

Lastly: after balking at the cost that buying yet another set of circular needles in some obscure length would cost, I invested in a set of Denise Interchangeables. So very cool. So very worth it. So very money-saving, in the long run. So should have been done much earlier.
